ETIAS: European Travel Information and Authorization System – Starting in 2025.
The European Union has announced that their group of 27 countries will require travel entry authorization starting 2025. According with their website, ETIAS this in the official information:
“Starting in 2025, the European Commission will roll out a U.S. style electronic travel authorization system for visitors from countries that are currently not part of the EU. These visitors have been granted visa-free access to the EU and Schengen member countries through virtue of their good track record on security issues and, thus, have not been deemed as a threat to EU security. However, the EU is wanting to strengthen its border security as well as digitally screen and track travelers entering and leaving EU countries.”

ETIAS: Sistema europeo de información y autorización de viajes: comenzaría en el 2025.
La Unión Europea ha anunciado que su grupo de 27 países requerirá autorización de entrada de viaje, el próximo año 2025. Según su sitio web, ETIAS esto en la información oficial:
“A partir de 2025, la Comisión Europea implementará un sistema electrónico de autorización de viaje al estilo estadounidense para visitantes de países que actualmente no forman parte de la UE. A estos visitantes se les ha concedido acceso sin visa a la UE y a los países miembros de Schengen en virtud de “Su buen historial en cuestiones de seguridad y, por lo tanto, no han sido considerados una amenaza para la seguridad de la UE. Sin embargo, la UE quiere fortalecer su seguridad fronteriza, así como controlar y rastrear digitalmente a los viajeros que entran y salen de los países de la UE”.
